YES as do most people . It is what context they believe in him that makes the difference in religions NB Most not Everyone

I believe he existed. I don't believe he was the son of God, any more than anyone else is.

Of course. There is very little doubt that he existed.

I believe jesus may have been a man in history...but that's all. Just a man. No one that needs to be worshiped.

Before reading this, look at the exact wording of what I originally posted this to. Yes, At least 2,180,714,644 other people do. I believe he existed, and said many of the things he is said to have said in the bible. However, I do not believe he turned water into wine or came back from the dead.

As far as I am concerned, Jesus is just a story book character.

Yes, I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and I love Him more than anyone or anything. Although, I prefer not to use the term "Rocks". I'd prefer just to say "Jesus is Lord" or "Jesus is God", "Jesus is JEHOVAH" etc. I hope that this is helpful. :) -In the Master's service. Thank you and God bless you!

When I was young I believed that fairy tales do come true....it can happen to you....when you're young at heart. Now I have learned to trust my own mind and not rely on someone else to guide me. Jesus was a wonderful prophet and he was put to death because of his beliefs. But not for anyone's sins. And he never ever said that is why he was put to death. That is what we have been told.
-
I believe that Jesus probably did exist and was, in the words of King Missile, "Way Cool". I do not, however, believe any of the usual B.S. about Jesus being the "Son of God" or "Dying for our sins". In fact, I find most of the blatant proselytising spouted by so many "Christians" to be highly offensive and often times almost completely ignorant of his actual teachings. "If Jesus were alive today, there is one thing he would not be, and that is a Christian" -Mark Twain.
-
I do, and as a person who went full circle, raised a catholic, grew into becoming an atheist, and later returning to the truth after I couldn't ultimately make sense of the non-believing life.
-
Yes.
-
Yes. About one third of the population of the Earth are Christians including me. With love in Christ.
-
I think there was a historical man upon whom the Jesus myth is based. He was a child of Deity in the same way that we all are. He had some extraordinarily compassionate teachings, but that's about it. I also rather get tired of these repetitive questions about whether or not we believe in, love, etc Jesus. I'm so glad that you are happy with your belief, but could you possibly try not to ask duplicate questions that are little more then proselytizing? Thanks so much. I believe in spelling. Do you?
-
Yes, I believe that Jesus was a man who walked on the earth. I believe he was the Messiah of the Old Testament and existed as a spirit being not just before Abraham, but before our world even existed (John 1:1). I believe every word in the Greek Scriptures. What I don't believe is that he's the same person as God - Jehovah. Most every Christian church teaches this, wrapping it up in 'mystery' (the TRINITY), supposedly something that we non-clergy just can't understand. Reading the Bible makes it pretty clear though.

Who?

Yes. I love God. He preforms a lot of miracles. My dad was a truck driver and did night shifts. One night he was in some gang banger part of california and was at a gas station at 1 am getting gas and a snack. [It was so bad, the gas station was unable to be entered. You had to get your stuff but the clerk had to get it for you etc.] After that he was headed back to his truck then a huge gang surrounded him and started getting closer. [Every time my dad tells me this story, he says that he would have fought to death because he wasn't about to die. Not now..] Then out of no where a cop showed up and just got out of his cop car and stood there. The gang ran away and my dad was safe. That was no luck. That was an angel!! I love God for saving my dad.
-
I haven't shaken the belief that he's walked among men.
-
I used to be a Christian as a child because I thought I would go to hell if I wasnt a Christian. This is something I learned in sunday school (even though my parents were not very religious people). My parents though told me that none of it was true although they still attended church occasionally. Historians are almost convinced that there was such a person as Jesus but Christianity did not start until after his death. Jesus was a devout jew. I do not go by the Bible because I want to life my life to the full without that crap.
-
With all my heart and all my soul cuz i know that He is the one true God
-
Yes, and I completely trust Him.

Count to infinity, then triple the number infinity. That is half the % of me that believes in Our Lord Jesus Christ

I am a follower of Christ.
-
As anything more than a mythical character? Nope.
-
Not really.
-
People want to have the best feeling. This usually comes from family, friends and partners but if none of those are available then 'Jesus' becomes your provider of this feeling. After this point people defend 'it' as they would anything else --not out of logic, but out of love.
-
yes, he was very real, he existed as a human on this plane, was he the son of god, yes, but then again ; we all are...:)
-
Yes and no.. i think he is about as real as Santa... But i believe in what he stands for, and the messages put across by his teachings.
-
Jesus as the OLD (1611) KJV Bible describes him to be is exactly as he is and nothing else. Nowadays, because of the rise of technology and scientific breakthroughs, people are growing more and more secular with the world. Extreme Hardcore evidence of the existence and truth of God and Jesus can be found on: www.satansrapure.com good luck!
-
Yes. Heart, soul and mind.
-
I DO NOT BELIEVE JESUS EXISTED. Rollerz, I think you need to calm down, im confused at this conversation, but id just like to quote --'LOL, looks like your the MORONIC Simply Sala'-- Learn basic English you semi-retarded, half wit. Start thinking independently and maybe you'll gain some respect from people, because respect from your god is worthless.
