I know someone who had a dream where he would fall and each time he fell, he would try to land on his feet. Over a period of about 3 months, he trained himself to land on his feet, instead of falling. One day he succeeded in landing on his feet, and so breaking what would have been a fall. And he never had the dream again. Significant, huh?

Yes I have but I was in hospital on morphine at the time , I do not know if that had any bearing on the dreams.

I've always had VIVID dreams ... and yes, I've had the same one over many nights. I even try to change outcomes to the dreams (mostly successful), and I have on many occasions, MADE myself dream about something I wanted to dream about. It's really weird, because dreams vary so much amongst people. My father-in-law says he almost NEVER dreams (he usually needs medicine), and even then, they are very short and in black and white. I worked with a woman who said the same. Mine are almost always very vivid and in full color!
