I prepare myself something as I get hungry.

I usually cook a big meal for the earlier art of the week ahead, then in the later part of the week cok individual meals for dinner.
-
Both, but I refrigerate it when I make lots of food.

I usually cook as many meals at the same time as I can, then pack them up in single servings for the freezer. That way we can have them whenever we wish. Tonight, for instance, I am having saugage, potatoes and saurkraut, and Hubby is having fish, potatoes and greenbeans.

I do both, I make big meals, and freeze some for the lazy days, most times, I cook fresh daily.
-
A bit of both here.

If it's something that takes time to make, I'll make it in larger batches and stick portions in the fridge or freezer. If it's something that can be made quickly, I'll make them by meal.

My wife cooks every meal seperately. No refrigeration and reheating of food in our home. And we make do with simple vegetarian fare. So there is no inconvenience in having to cook 3 times a day.

I cook by meal, always far too much so I freeze the "leftovers". Then on those days when we're busy with various appointments, all I have to do is get things out of the freezer, defrost and heat them and we're good to go. It's the only way to cook for me..why make one serving each of something? It takes as much time and energy and gas/electricity to cook more. it is far more efficient that way! :) ((hugs))

By each meal.
