  • No. There are many other users that I've seen proclaim their loyalty or sympathy for that party.
  • One here. That makes two of us. I knew I liked you.
  • I make three! Although I'm a libertarian leaning republican...I like conservative ideals but like the federal government to butt out. Ie, if I were ever elected, I would cut federal spending like crazy, unlike the lip service our elected GOPers do.
  • number 4 here :D
  • I'm a big time republican and a big time atheist. That kinda puts me at odds with most people here. But I dont mind:)
  • I grew up in a Republican family. My grandfather, father, uncles, etc. all hated FDR. I'm a registered Republican but I think the people who took control under Bush ruined the party.
  • I always considered myself a republican but have not voted for a republican president since Nixon. But I also didn't vote for the democrate nominee until (shudder) Carey and Obama because both republican nominees sucked so bad. I only voted for Carey and Obama because the alternative was so bad. Couldn't this country come up with decent candidates on both sides. I would have voted for McCain until he asked Palin to be the VP. I really questioned his judgement on that.

  • I am not a Republican, but a man that just wants to be left alone by the Government! I have mainly libertarian views. I could not see my self voting for a democrat any time soon! Government is not the answer, but the problem!
  • uh-oh...I already answered this one.
  • Conservative and proud of it. I think there will be more of us if the sheeple in this country quit listening to the media and realize what plans obama has for this country. It is going to be a long 4 years.
  • I used to be a Republican but quit when Reagan was nominated. I saw the national convention, it's narrow mindedness, it objective of shutting down government, rule of law, and it's blatant war on unions made me an independent, I'm only a democrat because, in Pennsylvania, you have to be a member of a party to vote in the primaries. The past 20 years showed the wisdom of that decision. I would have voted for Ron Paul but the Republicans weren't smart enough to nominate him. Now they're listening to Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter, a windbag and a witch. I don't have anything against witches but Coulter is the spokesperson for the dark side.
  • I'm a conservative not necessarily a republican, that depends on who is running for office and what their views are.
  • If the Republican Party returned to the notion of balanced budgets and jettisoned Ru$h Limbaugh's message of hate, then I'd sign.
  • No, you're aren't :)
  • I am a Conservative, won't be a Republican again until the party goes back to it's roots. I do know how you feel sometimes though. The liberals here team up on and attack those whose views are not to their liking, often.
