If it had an address on it, I'd mail it. If not, I'd probably open and read it (unless I saw who dropped it, in which case, I'd return it to them).
-
if there was no address on it, i'd open it and see what was in it
-
If it contained postage and an address, I'd mail it. No postage, but an address and a return address, I'd pop it a mailbox for them to sort out. No address? Let's open that sucker up and see what we have to read :)

Address or not, I'd open it and read it. Sorry, but I won't lie. I'm too curious lol. At the very least though, I'd put it in another envelope afterwards, rewrite the address and mail it, or just tape it back in the envelope so I don't have to pay for postage lol.
-
I'd open it, at least I'm being honest.
-
A few different scenarios: 1. Address and postage - mail it off 2. Address no postage - pay for postage and mail it off 3. No address - mail it to a foreign friend
-
Probably hold it up to the sun.
-
If there's an address drop it in mailbox regardless whether there's postage on it. If there's no address on it, leave it. I'm not sticking my hands in the gutter for it. :)
-
If it had my name on it or was blank, I would probably open it out of curiousity. If it had an address on it, I would probably just toss it in the mailbox.

if it had an address on it, i would put it in the mailbox

Leave it right where it is
-
Send it to www.foundmagazine.com . Let them deal with it! :)
-
Drop it in the mail box
-
Either mail it or mail it back to the person listed in the return address. Depends what it looked like and where I found it.
-
If it had a mailing address and a stamp i'd mail it. if not i'd probably open it and read it...lol. oh well next time be more careful with you mail.
-
I'd open it. Might have money, or something pricey. I'm a pretty terrible person some times.

Stick it in the mailbox, its a federal crime to open mail which isnt yours in America :O
