I"m still keeping it down, partly because it's winter I suppose. But I'm tempted to go joyriding! Gas is 1.56 here!
-
I drive when it is necessary, no more or no less whatever the price of fuel.
-
Well, I disagree that they are back to "normal" yet, Chief Wanbli, but I may well start planning a longer trip my next vacation...in about four months.
-
Driving the same as always, no more no less.

Before y'all go splurging again, better read this: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090102/ap_on_bi_ge/gas_tax No matter what, we'll always be screwed at the end
-
I drive where I have to high prices or not!
-
I wish I could experience the low gas prices. I havent been hom since the end of August 2008, and wont be till summer 2009
-
Still the same. Don't want to get bad habits in case the price goes back up!
-
Great question. I do drive a little more, but I now drive a more efficent way since the summer. I make less trips, route my trips differently etc.,

Interesting to see how people's forgotten everything about the global warming now that they can afford to destroy the nature again.. I don't have a car, or even a license, so my habits are unchanged.. but I haven't forgotten about the global temperature. THAT isn't back to normal

I have cataracts that must fully ripen before being removed. They have been bad enough that I haven't driven at all in well over a year. So before Christmas, I decided I'd been paying for a parking slot far too long and I donated ny beloved Jeep Cherokee to charity. Even though I never drove it, it was hard to part with it. Your car is such a symbol of freedom to get up and go. But at $200 per month for parking, it was really a no-brainer. I can walk or ride the T anywhere I need to go in Boston. And I can feel all puffed up about my shrinking carbon footprint, even if it was vision impairment that forced it down my throat. :)

I drive pretty much the same amount. I just don't get pissed off anymore when I'm filling up my tank.
-
I'm still keeping my mileage down. In as much as I don't feel like I'm being robbed at the gas station anymore, I don't drive any more than I have to.
-
The price of fuel never had any effect on how much I drive. I've always tried to conserve fuel. It is nice that it came down though. I'm paying less than half of what I used to pay to fuel my vehicles.
-
We still go out only as necessary.
-
I never go anywhere, so I guess I'm still keeping it down. :)
-
I never changed before or after but, I have gone to florida every winter for the last 25 years. I think I'll drive this year. Plane tickets havent come down yet.
-
I still dont like to drive anywhere, so no. I drive more to go to her house.
-
drive the same amount...never more than I have to.

I got used to driving less and making each trip count and have continued in that habit. Even at $1.59, gas is high to me. I remember when I first started driving and gas was $.22 a gallon!
