  • Forget it. On Yahoo! Answers, if you are reported, you are presumed guilty and there is no right of appeal. The "appeals process" is actually an automated email that tells you your appeal was rejected.
  • don't bother. just stick to AB. i had 2 accts suspended in 7 days for no reason. if they actually had a real appeals process, i would tell you to go through that process, but they don't. your only other option is to keep making new accts when they suspend your old acct. now, they also delete your answers and questions when your acct has been suspended, which i somewhat understand, because there are spammers who will otherwise just keeping making accts if they know their links will stay on the site. but, their little pathetic community of moderators should just individually report each answer if it's spam (don't think they won't. i read on their suggestion board that someone was in the process of reporting *300* answers. WTF?), instead of deleting all of your useful answers that you took the time to provide to their users.
  • grovel and cash.
  • Don't bother. Stay on here. There's no getting back your Yahoo account after that. You're just wasting your time writing an appeal. They won't listen. Yahoo is either moderated by computers, total idiots or both.
  • The only way to get your old account back is if you successfully appeal it, a suspension isn't a time out even though it kind of sounds like it is, appeals are rare but not impossible recently there has been an increase in over turned suspensions, failing an appeal your only other option to get back on Y!A is to open a new account.
  • Fill out this from below: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/first_appeal.html
  • make a new email account, make 2 just in case
