Toronto, Ontario, Canada It's a beautiful, clean city that is home to people from almost every country and culture on Earth. Even with all of this diversity, it is one of the safest and most friendly cities anywhere. The UN has even rated it as the world's most cosmopolitan city. It has one of the lowest crime rates of any large city and has a lot of wonderfully interesting and fun things to do.

What do you mean by nicest? If you mean friendliest, I would definitely say Dublin, Ireland. If you mean most 'liveable' I'd say Sydney, Australia. If you mean most attractive, I'd go with Venice, Italy. And if it's a combination of the above, I'd have to say Vancouver, BC.
-
Perth, Australia
-
San Francisco doesn't count b/c I used to live there.... I realy like KyongJu in South Korea. -
That is one of the simplest, but most difficult questions to answer because I keep finding wonderful, nice cities. To narrow it down from towns and villages, I say Vancouver, BC would be at the tops due to weather, location to rural areas, things to do, value, etc.
-
Hong Kong because public transport is efficient and there are so many things to do and see.
-
Vienna, Austria was very nice. Havana, Cuba is very pretty as well.
-
I would have to say Austin, Texas as the artistic community there welcomes you with open arms. The SXSW festival every March is amazing. This answer is surprising, even to me, as generally I don't like American cities. I can't pick Vancouver, BC as I'm too close to it and a bit prejudiced. So if I was forced to pick outside of the U.S. I would have to say Bergen, Norway. It is beautiful, clean and has a crisp clear feel to every breath you take there. Oh and it has the most beautiful women in all of Europe! Hope this helps.
-
Personally I like Chicago, NY, and Washington DC (I simply can´t choose). :)
-
Fargo, North Dakota
-
Well, nicest people I would say Fargo ND, but if you are talking about the best city for visiting as a tourist I might give the nod to Las Vegas. Overall though, between the city itself and the niceness of the people I might have to give my vote to Calgary, AB. I was there for the stampede one year and the people are great and the city is great as well.
