  • Try and learn from the experience, it dulls the pain. Realize it is ultimately their loss. Never lose sight of better suited hearts more akin to your own.
  • Keep yourself surrounded by friends and family who support you and value you for what you're worth. Take up a hobby or read a book you've been meaning to read. Get a massage, get a manicure, anything that will lift your spirits. Go out with friends for lunch or dinner, or even just to grab a cup of coffee and chat. Time will heal the broken heart, but that will be the hard part...letting the time go by...that's why I suggest keeping busy with activities YOU enjoy doing.
