Very, very light on the salt. Damn high blood pressure.

As little as I can get away with. Some things don't need any (like carrots) and some (pork chops) just don't taste right without at least a light sprinkle

i never use salt, there are many other ways to season food that are better for you, in my opinion and no one has ever noticed that i dont use salt

I do use a lot of salt. I learned to cook from my mother, aunt & uncle and grandparents who all use(d) too much salt. I am trying to slowly cut back now though.

virtually ALL foods have added salt before you even cook it i never add salt before or during cooking only a little when i serve if it requires to be salted too much salt is very bad for your heart

It's very rare for me to salt somthing - I only use it when a recipe calls for it. Acxtually, I use pepper the way most people use salt - and I do so in massive quantities. I pepper my fries, my pasta sauce, my salad... everything. I get weird look sometimes while other people are crusting their food with salt.

Hardly ever add salt. If food is cooked with nice spices, it doesn't need it. Also much better for your health.

Salt is a vice of mine! I love it... i have sea salt, polish salt, kosher salt, regular salt, himalayan salt, and I always pick up whatever cool new salt I see in the store. Each one has it's subtle differences... I use the himalayan salt mostly. I use lemon when on hand to cut down how much salt I use.

I very rarely add salt to my cooking, unless I'm baking and the recipe calls for it.

Never use salt in the cooking process....just add to eggs and chips/french fries, (depending where you come from...except WE know they are chips right!?)

Only when it's needed people always add salt to the food I cook so I guess I don't use enough.

I buy a 350g packet of salt once every 18 months. Just bought a new one last week.
