I've learned from my mistakes. I've had enough fumbles trying to meet women, and a really bad relationship, to learn how to be happy with myself, and when I do meet someone, to make a good approach.

How I treat people and for the first time in my life now understand that some people only want others to listen to them and not necessarily for others to try to solve their problems for them.

I hope that I have become more compassionate, less judgmental, a better partner, a better friend, a better listener and more intelligent if only because I have learned that I will never have all the answers and that's okay. And of course it's all a work in progress. Great question Wanbli:)

I certainly hope so. Oops. Misread the question. Ok, *how* have I improved? I am more contented that I used to be, more serene, I think I am more thoughtful towards others, and I am wiser than I once was. That is not to say I am thoughtful and wise, but that I am more so than I used to be! :)

I don't get upset nearly as much as I used to before I hit 30. Things are more in perspective and I don't let other people get under my skin all that much.

Does dry rot count as "improvement"?
-
I am COMPLETELY unconcerned with what others think of me. As a kid I spent a good deal of time explaining myself, didn't want to be misunderstood. Now I could give a rats ass what others think about me and it's made me a more relaxed and honest individual.
