  • Things that come to mind are wrong wattage of bulb, mishandling of bulbs (touching the glass part shortens the life of them oils from our hands forms an insulation on the glass causing it to overheat, believe me its true.) There are such a thing as extended life bulbs that you can try. Sylvania has one.
  • Maybe it's vibration, caused by a faulty mount. What does the Kia shop manager say? He will probably know more than we do.
  • You have to use the Kia made replacement headlight bulbs. The generic ones will blow out every three months or so. It has to do - I believe - with the design in the mechanism that holds the replacement bulbs. Maybe a piece of foil or something that the Kia replacement bulb can work with.
  • Lousy wiring
