Roll the round box from one side of the square piece to the other. Hopefully, there are foldable ends. Fold the bottom overlap in, then tie the top overlap.

Spread out the square piece of fabric set the round box upside down in the center of it. Lifts up the four corners and fold them over to the bottom of the box. Fold the loose material sideways forming a pleat and tape it down so that it makes a nice round package then turn it over you've got a nice smooth surface to put your bow on.
