I am in the same situation as well. It has been almost two years now since I 'betrayed' him and there are still moments when he loses faith in me. No matter how much I do or say to prove that I am here for good, it always comes back to that. I hope he can forgive me eventually. He says that he trusts me again but I know that he is only telling half the truth. We love each other very much and all I can tell you is keep trying. It will take a long time but eventually they will come around. You just have to show them that they are your number one priority and that you want to make it work. Good Luck!
