Generally I eat cereal as a "dessert" for my evening meal, or as an evening snack.

I don't eat it a lot, only when I make some granola, but I tend to eat it for lunch for some strange reason. No, not strange, actually. I think it's because my husband and I usually cook breakfast and eat it together. So that wouldn't be a cereal meal. It's something I would eat when I'm by myself

I don't eat it at all. It contains ingredients which I concider not healthy, even the unsugared ones. I eat morning meals cooked by me, like untreated oats, self-made bread etc. My favored morning meal is cottage cheese, berries and coffee.

Breakfast on weekends, sometime dinner on weeknights or after a hard day when I'm too tired to cook. It makes a handy snack and probably more healthy than sugary or salty snacks. Sometimes a add a handful of mixed nuts to the cereal to perk it up. I never use milk on it though - eat it dry ot use a little water to moisten it.

Cereals - one of the many good things in life. :) Sure, for breakfast. Sure, for lunch. Usually not for dinner. Sure, for snack. Three out of four isn't a bad rating for any food type, is it? LOL Cold cereal. Hot cereal. Get that milk/calcium in there. Get 1/2 a banana in there. Cereal. YES! :)

i usually have it almost every morning...and randomly if i don't feel ike cooking, i'll eat it for dinner

I eat cereal when I am at work!!! It is an easy good breakfast!!!

Most mornings for breakfast, either hot or cold. Everyday at work for lunch as it's easy to keep there and no-one else will eat it! Sometimes for dinner if everyone else is away and I didn't have to cook, and definitely if I want a late night snack. Cheerios is my favorite!
