i performed a marriage ceremony (as a justice of the peace) for a couple who "practiced". I married them at 1PM in the afternoon on a Friday the 13th. (One PM is 1300 hours military time) I thought that was cool, and they were happy! I know nothing about paganism but certainly respect others religious or non-religious beliefs, as long as I am not harmed by it. :)
