    Could be a few things. You didn't mention what color the parrot itself was or how big. It could be a small type of lovebird, either the Abyssinian Lovebird or Red-faced Lovebird, (though I'm not sure what the color of their feet and claws are and that could change with age)or it could be something like a Derbyan Parrot. Those are the only ones I can think of at the moment, without more of a description.
