-
He was a Marine who fought for his country.
-
He was kind to those some people just pushed aside. He was my best friend.
-
He goes through Hell and back everyday, and yet, he still matters to have a tender heart. My dad is strength and gentleness - and both those things at the same time is very cool.
-
He's an extremely intelligent man. He could finish crossword puzzles in one sitting. And, he could create crossword puzzles too! My mother told me it was the reason why she liked him in the first place.
-
He fought for full custody for my brother and I after my mom left him, he's the first NON-deadbeat single dad I knew and I've met many more since he decided to be a single parent. (There are deadbeat moms out there, it's not just the men) He's my source of strength even when he drives me crazy.
-
My dad was a pro boxer for 15 years!!! He fought for the world title in Berlin Germany in 1988!!!
-
He's an ex biker and crazy as hell.
-
He had a lousy upbringing with lousy parents but still turned out very well with a good personality. I have no complaint about how well he raised me.
-
He's 76 years old and can still do the stuff a 30 year old can do. He jumps off of the diving board at the pool. He doesn't act like he's old and all my friends think he's cool.
-
He read me the entire Hobbit and Lord of the Rings saga as bedtime stories when I was five.
-
He could build anything and If he needed an extra dollar he knew how to make it.
-
That he's my dad!!! :):)
-
He singlehandedly took on two teenage girls and raised us after our mom left.
-
Actually nothing..he was an alcoholic mama's boy who spent no time with his family and died when I was 9. I only remember seeing him twice..once when my sisters and I visited him in prison and the day he was buried.
-
He just tells it like it is. He would do anything for anybody. He is always smoking a cigar. The older he gets the more emotional he gets and that is an all new side of him that my family has never seen. I love him to death.
-
He is cool, he's funny, easy to talk to and he's one of my best friends. He looks good for 49 and people think he's my older brother. He's hip too! Wears cool clothes and used to drive monte carlo's, trans-ams, firebirds, Mustangs. He also works out and intimidates the boyfriends hehe.
-
He is super nice. He always puts others first. He spoiled me as a child & now spoils his grandchildren. Anytime I have a project around the house (IE: Painting, Tiling, etc.) he's not only the first to offer assistance, he'll often drop anything he's currently working on for himself just to come help. He is the best & I couldn't have asked for a better parent & friend. I also love that he has taken my hubby under his wing & taught him what he knows about fixing cars, carpentry, home improvements, etc. I love him very much & hope for a very long life.
-
That he loves his dad
-

-
That he always has my back- he looks out for me. Sometimes I think he is too protective of me but I know that he just really cares about me. Also he spoils me every birthday and xmas!
