Indeed - well said, Hulk. Plus, the last 3 years of his second term was entirely someone else navigation the Oval Office - the Alzheimer's was already knocking him around. Not blaming him, things like that are not in one's control, but that's what it was.

Ghandi certainly led the mocement for independence from British rule, but as to unifying the country, over 14 million people were forced to move, often by violence, to the new partitions of India and Pakistan.

Yeah, then he'd drug half his staff and rape them. Great idea! Maybe we can bring back the rapist basketball player, too, as his VP. Or even Orange Don, who loves sexually assaulting women so much, he brags about it on tape!

-
Ted Nugent. The white house needs some antler lamps.
-
Michael Bloomberg, New York City's Mayor. He runs the city like he runs his successful business. It would be great if he could do for the country what he has done for the city of New York. He owes nobody!
-
Abraham Lincoln

No question about it, I would pick a dead one. Dead presidents are the best. Secret Service please ignore that comment, it was meant as a joke. Is there a form I can fill out to swear that out or something?

George Washington. We haven't had too many Presidents that were both honest and not power-hungry. In fact: extremely few. Washington was a fantastic orator (I wonder if he wrote his own speeches?), and he treated the Presidency as if it were an admirable service to his country, and he stepped down voluntarily after his second term for the sake of the country (so that the office would not become something akin to a monarchy, that is: either lifelong or hereditary).
