  • All of our cats are and have been special breeds. They come from the Felus Spoilus Rottenus breed. We get the runts and outcasts, and we love them. We've had two purebreds (a Himmie and a Siamese, the Himmie was a diabetic that the owner wanted put to sleep, so we "adopted" him from our vet. He lived a very happy 8 years.
  • Ours are all a mix of full breds and a few mixes. We have a Maine Coon mix, a Siamese, a Calico, a tabby and a tuxedo. The Calico is stereotypically temperamental...Lord only knows how she hasn't found a way to get rid of the others! LOL! But, they are our kids and we love every single one of them. We've even gotten corny and the last 3 years we've made holiday greetings with their pictures on them....they all look so thrilled!
  • I think there was some kind of dog mixed in there somewhere
  • Nah she just ungly.
  • All of my 10 cats (4 living now) have been rescues. Two that we have now are mostly Siamese and Abyssinian. The other two are tabby cats.
  • My cat is a mix of no special importance, but he should be his own breed. Hes dark dark brown with black stripes and just looks all black except in direct sunlight.
  • My cat is a grey tiger. I think she's part mountain lion though. Every day she kills 2 - 3 mice, voles, rats, birds etc. She's so skinny from all the hunting that she does - she eats three times a day! Two days ago I found a dead rabbit in my yard, right where she puts her normal trophies. So I think the answer is that she is a specialty breed, i just dont know what it is yet.
  • I have a gray and white domestic long hair rescue kitty. I was fortunate enough that she wanted to go home with me. She's 7 now and is just the sweetest little thing.
  • neither, she is Isis. she is a safeway parkinglot free kitten grey and black tabby with a while muzzle to belly and 4 white socks. standard cat... behavioraly is another story she was raised with just my wife and I in a calm quiet home. when she was attacked by a ferrel foster cat with a litter she kicked her butt (she had no reason to be a good fighter). she has never lost a fight. she growled at the pizza man who hit on my wife. she hated EVERYONE but me and mommy for 2 years (with the exception of the 2 kittens we got to force her to adapt, they both vanished about 3 months after isis accepted them) now she loves human household members and tolerates other pets who keep their distance (currently in a 7 cat 2 dog house.) we moved 3 hours away she sat on my lap the whole time, will not be in the carrier.
  • Siamese. She hates everyone but me and she chews on my flip flops like a dog.
  • Got some of both, and all of them are specialties, special at being spoiled or bug catching, furniture clawing, rug moving, sink napping, toy chasing...
  • My mother absolutely loves Maine Coons. 2 of my cats are partially Maine Coon so I guess pretty run of the mill, but 2 of them are full-breed Maine Coons. I may put up pics when I'm home later if I remember.
  • I had a maine coon until someone stole him a couple of months ago.
  • It is an American Shorthair, in other words, run of the mill mix. I had a purebred Siamese. I miss him very much. He was awesome.
