Double boiler,melt the jolly ranchers,glob it on to stick,let cool on wax paper.

you buy th jolly rancher lolly ranchers and put them in a plate and put the plate in the microwave for at least 1 min keep cheking on it to seee how it melts take it out and put hard straws inside and put them in a freezer for about an hour and invite a couple of friends over and eat them:]

This isn't and answer but never ever put the jolly ranchers in the oven

i would try to melt the jolly rancher in the microwave (but be careful becuase it gets very hot)then wrap it on a stick :)
