A garden. Flatten the box. Soak ground of equal area. Grass won't hurt. Sunny spot is best. Place cardboard over it. Soak cardboard. Cover with some leaves or grass clippings or such. A little dirt mixed in is good. Keep it good and mosit for a couple weeks. This will kill the grass, weeds, etc. below and soften the soil. Cut holes or slits in the cardboard to insert baby plants or seeds. Use for spring or fall garden. Easy, productive and fun for young and old folks.

If it is big enough, how about a Fort? My sister and I used to play in old appliance boxes..you know, washing machine, refrigerator. My dad would hang up a makeshift clothesline in front of the box, over which we would hang a blanket..the huge box would be behind the blanket "wall"..we played for hours. We used to have so much fun, using our imaginations. Do kids do that anymore? :)
