  • Rigorous exercise; both, mentally and physcially. Try boosting everything you can think of. Math, Reading, Spelling, Critical Thinking, Knowledge (general), constantly improve yourself everyday by reading practical and theoretical books, ebguages in debates, and just keep postive thinking. Over come depression, low self-esteem, disaprity. Just keep up to date on nueroscience lol and learning theory. :P I tried my best to help.
  • Do maths,read novels,watch documentaries on Discovery and National Geographic.Last but,not the least,be with people above 70 and kids below 5 for some point of time in a day.
