Lots of correct answers, I always remove my patella when entering a room or talking to a lady. Luckily the kinds of rooms I normally enter don't usually have any real ladies in them. You should also not wear a hat while in church, though if you use the prie dieu, you should put your kneecap back on, otherwise it really hurts. BTW, patella is Latin for "kneecap" , well, strictly speaking for "little pan" (patina was a reglar sized pan),But the Romans used patella for the kneecap because of the shape of the bone.
