Cash... I don't have an ATM card... I like it that way.... I seem to save more money if I have to go to the bank to get money!!!
-
cash or credit
-
cash and credit card
-
Usually Credit card and then I pay it off in full at the end of each month. That way the money stays in my account up to six weeks longer than if I pay cash or debit.I never leave anything over because paying interest would defeat the object.
-
Cash. We don't have a check account here.
-
non of them I am broke
-
Debit Card :)
-

-
most of the time cash but online i use a credit card.
-
I pay with my life sometimes.
-
I pay with cash in small stores and when they don't use credit. Otherwise I pay with credit card. I don't use check since I am too young for that xD
-
cash or debit depends on where i am
-
All of the above. If I have cash, I'll use that. Sometimes I use a check at the grocery store. But mostly I use my debit card.
-
Cash, check, or debit. I don't own a credit card!
-
Debit card. If I carry cash I seem to lose it somehow.
-
Debit card, most of the time. Credit card when I have to. Occasionally check or cash, if absolutely necessary, though I don't usually carry them, any more.
-
whenever possible i pay cash. I don't pay as much attn to how much I spend if I use a credit card or write checks.
-
In the stores I pay with a debit card and I love paying that way. I never use my credit cards -- I don't owe anything on them and the only reason I have them is for an emergency. I pay five bills with a check. Two bills are automatic withdrawal. However, I am thinking about having the bills that I pay by check automatically put on my discover card to earn points and then pay it off monthly before interest occurs.
-
I withdraw $400 from the ATM about every 2 weeks. Once I'm down to about $100 then I use my credit card.
-
credit card will be the death of me. that's if french fries don't do it first.
-
unfortunately I use my check card like cash, and next thing I know im getting $35.00 overdraft charges etc... its best to stick with cash, its most effective.
-
I never use checks anymore. I either use the check card or cash. SOme places will only give your money back if you are dissatisfied with a product if you paid with cash when you bought it. Petsmart is one such chain.
-
I used my cellphone to pay for everything when i was in Japan. In US. I use my credit card and cash.

Credit Card only.
-
Ninety-nine percent of the time, with cash. I rarely use my credit card. I don't like debts in any form. I've never paid with a check.
-
Normally it's with cash or check. I really wish I had a debit card, it would be a lot easier than writing checks all the time, but I've never got around to actually getting one.
-
Usually by credit card..I rarely carry cash with me :)
-
Cash for almost everything ... bank debit card to transfer funds at an ATM to pay rent, home phone, cell phone, and internet ...
-
We keep it strictly C.O.D....;-D.... . . . http://www.last.fm/music/Spinal+Tap/_/Cash+on+Delivery . (Press the "Play" button on the upper right)
-
I mostly use card or cash. I never use checks, but I have recently which I sent in to renew my license.
-
If they take credit cards, I usually charge everything and then pay the bill off when it comes in. I always forget to put down my debits and checks in my register (when I am making purchases at the store) so that seems to get me in trouble. I carry very little cash on me for those places that do not accept credit cards. my bank account is in another city so it's hard for me to get cash. if I use the ATM here, it's a fee so I limit my cash usage
-
I use my debit card
-
Usually by check..occasionally cash, rarely credit card. Never online, no debit card. No online banking for me either! :) Happy Sunday! :)
-
Generally by cash I use the c/c only for online purchases or when I run out of cash. The c/c bills are always paid up entirely and on time.
-
usually credit cards and checks
-
I pay in that mode which is most comfortable to me as well as to them whom I am paying. But often I make payment with credit card.
-
I try not to put anything less than $15 on a credit card. But I pay it ahead (even though the credit card companies tell you not to) and that way I don't have to worry about finance charges or being late. The interest the bank pays is so low that I'd rather pay all bills ahead -- utilities, phone, TV, etc -- and only have to write a check once a month instead of every month. You don't have to be well-off to do this, just careful. (Which I have not been recently!!!) I really like the feeling that I can use that credit card any time I want to.
-
Cash mostly or Check. Credit Card rarely, and if i did use my credit card i only put no more than $50.00 on it and slap $50.00 dollars down to pay it off before any intrest starts.
-
Mostly cash sometimes a cheque
-
Debit card!
-
Debit, don't have to balance the checkbook. Decline = no more money.
-
Cash. My mom uses checks, sometimes credit cards. But I prefer money. =]
-
almost always cash
-
Cash. If you can't afford it then don't buy it now. I've realized that most of the things that I buy are only the things that I really need, and most of these are totally affordable in cash. I've ditched my checks and credit cards because I've had bad experience with these "instruments of temptation" to overspend. Also, isn't the "credit card mentality" and the mortgages of the Americans the reason why it's biggest banks and its economy collapsed?
-
Small stuff, cash. Medium stuff, debit card. Big stuff, credit card (for the points).
-
I use credit cards for larger items and for buying online, sometimes I use debit cards for similar use, I use cash for smaller things when I'm out and about, and I use checks to pay my credit card bills.
-
Being on Social Security towards the end of the month the only thing that's left is credit cards.
-

-
always use cash so the Brothels cant save my card numbers and get more money out of me

I enjoy paying by credit card & that too online. I take some precaution before using card online. I clear cookies, temp files useing "www.ccleaner.com" everytime before using acrd. Than I pay only thru "paypal" or "clickbank" "alertpay" "safepay" etc.
-
I enjoy my debit card. I hardly ever have any cash on hand because its safer but I still regret it sometimes. Can someone please tell me why checks are popular at all? I never got the point of them. You have to pay for a book of checks that could take longer at the register to fill out, could bounce and it takes a while for it to register in the account.

i usually use cash... i just keep the credit card in case i am out of cash and i really need something...
-
I usually pay with either cash or my debit card. This way I know that I will not spend as much money that I probably would if I had a credit card with a large balance, which helps me not fall into debt. A trick to using your debit card is that you 'charge it' as a credit card (you just press cancel when it asks for the pin/password)and then you do not get the extra debit charge that usually gets added on from the bank.
-
I use all three depending on what it is and where I am buying it.
-
Debit

C-A-S-H! Cold hard cash! It seems most merchants appreciate it more than the credit or debit method. Thanks for asking your Q! I did my best to answer it. I hope the information helps. We use our credit card whenever possible, and pay it off at the end of every month. We earn free motel rooms with every dollar spent.

-
I would pay with ANY of them if I had ANY of them!
-
I pay in cash. Always.
-
everything is paid for on my debit card. That way I know I am spending my own money. It is also very convenient and so widely accepted. In fact, I went to the apple store the other day to buy a macbook pro, and saw a sign that they do not accept cash on iphone purchases, and they check people out on little hand held devices that either print or email you your receipt.
-
On a secure online site with my debit card..for bills. I use the debit card for daily shopping as well. When the money is gone, it's gone. Have stopped using credit cards altogether.
-
Cash. It's better to pay with cash because you already know you have the 'right' to buy it. Credit cards, and checks only make you feel you 'owe' something until you paid it in full.
-
Cash is rapidly becoming obsolete. Credit cards are psychological dangerous. Debit cards are the way of the future.
-
I pay with cash, because I don't have a checking account and my mom's credit card is always out of reach.
-
I work at a Hobby Store and I just never understood why people still pay with checks. It takes longer to fill them out, at my job you have to wait 10 days for a refund. Just alot of hassle if you as me. I use cash or debit card. :)
-
That depends what I'm buying.
-
Cash and Eftpos is the way to go!
-
I try to pay with credit cards when possible for the following reasons: 1. They help to accumulate miles and I like to travel. 2. It helps to track where my money goes every month. 3. I always pay the full balance every month to avoid any interests charges. 4. At the end of the year, I ask the credit card company for an annual statement. My whole year spending will be divided into different catogeries. Thus, it is easy to see where my money has gone to.
-
debit card
-
I use credit cards for online purchases. I use cash when making purchases at brick-and-mortar stores, though I use a credit card for purchases that exceed 100 dollars at brick-and-mortar stores. I write checks to pay my dentist, optician and magazine subscriptions.
-
Debit card, but I have cash for the transactions for which I don't want a paper trail, or for loaning friends.
-
bank card
-
I pay cash for most purchases that I make at brick-and-mortar businesses. However, I use a credit card if my purchases exceed 50 dollars.
-
50/50 chance of cash or debit card.
-
I pay with cash and a debit card. Both methods have the same financial implications.
-
If it's under $100, I prefer to pay with cash. I use a credit card for larger purchases. I don't like debit cards, because it's too hard to keep track of what you're spending with them.
-
Cash and debit cards. I use one debit card for just internet shopping, and one for only local stuff (like 95% groceries). Both debit cards are tied to budgets. I determine how much money I want to spend on the internet, and exactly what I want to buy a month in advance. The groceries are at $130 a month. The cash is strictly spending money for emergencies...few and far between, so whatever is left over at the end of the period is recycled to the next one.
