HUH!! Well, I'm really miffed! I've seen that half of the people here don't even have to even start thinking about winter until the beginning of the new year - and we have about 7 months of cold, dingy weather here! Yeah, we have to start wearing winter coats about late September/early October, and that goes right through to Spring in late March/early April, if we're lucky. We might have a warm snap, but... can never tell. All depends on *your* weather!! LOL!! :D

Sometimes it's still warm into October here. I know first weekend of October last year, we went apple picking in shorts and we were sweating to death! So, usually mid to late October we're at least wearing a light jacket.

I always wear a coat. Burnt sienna, ya like it?

I often go out sans coat. I tend to turn the heating back and wear a hoodie instead. Highs are 45-50 where I live, and I'm usually walking somewhere, and it rarely gets cold enough to need a hoodie and a coat, although I will wear one if we get a cold snap or if its raining hard enough to soak through a hoodie and too windy for an umbrella, which is the main bogey weather, affecting 1 day in 3 or 4 in Winter where I live. Some people would count a hoodie as a coat. If that's the case, I sometimes wear it in summer, as summers can often be cool, although not solidly until about October.
