By man's law in the USA it depends on the state what the legal age of consent is. Most have an age difference clause usually 4 years difference. By Biblical requirements it is generally accepted as the age of puberty and no age difference requirements. There were "betrothal laws" allowing consummation at younger ages when blood lines were very strict.
