If you eat them on wheat bread and with natural peanut butter and jelly then I imagine they are actually pretty good for you. Peanut butter is actually really good for you.

Choose grape jelly as it has the most anti-oxidants and choose one that does not have any added sugar. whole wheat, whole grain, or sourdough bread has B vitamins and fiber.
