I have several paintings, photographs, drawings, and original prints on my walls. Most of these works are by contemporary artists who are friends of mine. I also have some small sculptures. I would not put up posters, and I keep changing the works on paper, because they are sensitive to light.

I have some lovely paintings that were my Fathers. I have one that is all fantastic embroidery until you get up really close it looks like an oil painting.. I also have some wonderful prints of Degas paintings which my husband had framed for me. I adore ballet dancers. I also have loads of large framed mirrors because I love light and the reflection of light

My walls have carefully chosen prints that are nicely framed. I have lighthouses, a seaside landscape, a floral, a matching boy and girl (the girl holding a doll and the boy is holding a puppy). There's also a very large print entitled "Eleanor" that I bought from The Bombay Co. that's hanging in my living room. My decorating is a cross between a Nantucket seaside and a traditional home. Over my fireplace, there's a painting of a clippership. I also have some other small paintings of clipperships. I've hung mirrors on the walls to make rooms seem larger as well as to reflect light. My kitchen has plate racks and wood anchors. All but one of the family pictures that I have are sitting in my home entertainment center and tables.
