When people arrive to work or pass one another in the morning they say, "Good Morning!" What about when you work midnights? Do you pass people and say, "Good Night" or "Good Evening"? Those seem like good-byes to me!?

"Good Evening" sounds enough like a greeting to me. "Good Night" does sound like a good bye though, since people usually say it when they're going to bed.
