Just break under one of their recent answers or comments, politely if possible lol!!! That's the quickest way to get a hold of them. Some have an email listed on their profile though that isn't always the quickest way to get a hold of them.

You HAVE to remember and ALWAYS keep in mind: Elected officials and community leaders work for YOU! They have THE RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY to answer Qs. They ran for those offices and were successfully elected. OR They have a high-enough profile to expect their constituents and fellow citizens to ask them Qs. There are two old sayings: 1] "The only stupid question is the question you don't ask." 2] "So, you thought --- and think --- education is expensive? Just wait until you try ignorance." Ask questions of knowledgeable people. Remember this: When you are in a group and you or someone else asks a question; that question being asked could be a question one or more folks have on their mind, BUT are afraid to ask. DON'T be afraid to ask questions - and keep asking questions until you get understandable answers to your questions. This requires persistence and tenacity. Privately? I'd go to Feedback and in the comments section I'd direct the question to the CL and ask for a response. Publicly? Just ask it in the form of an AB question and someone will get it to the right CL, or perhaps the CL will see it right away! :)
