  • I think stunted growth is pretty much a one way street. If you're young enough to still have growth spurts it might not be too late.
  • someone reply please. I really wanna know. Well i used to sleep quite late last time.About 5 months. maybe around 2 to 3 am. i wake up around 9-10. But now im sleeping earlier. Do you think its too late for me to grow taller? im 14 and im 5'6.
  • "A single night of no sleep will not stunt growth. But over the long term, a person's growth may be affected by not getting the full amount of sleep. That's because growth hormone is normally released during sleep. If someone consistently gets too little sleep (known as "sleep deprivation"), growth hormone is suppressed." https://kidshealth.org/en/teens/sleep-growth.html
