ALMOST ALL TEACHERS IN THE NORTHWEST CANT SEEM TO TEACH THE KIDS WHAT THEY NEED TO LEARN, SO THE SILLY GOVERNOR DECIDED TO GIVE MULTI-TESTS TO ALL THE STUDENTS. THE KIDS WORK ALL YEAR PASS ALL THEIR COURSES AND TESTS, THEN AT THE END OF THE YEAR HAVE TO TAKE THESE OTHER TESTS AND IF THEY DONT PASS, THEY CANT GRADUATE. THE GOVERNOR REFUSES TO GIVE THESE TESTS TO THE TEACHERS, SINCE THATS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS. SO THE STUDENTS PAY A HIGH PRICE AND MISS MOST OF THEIR SUMMER VACATIONS DO TO TEACHER STRIKING AND STUPITY OF NOT TEACHING THE STUDENTS WHAT THEY NEED TO LEARN. THEN THE GOVERNOR SIDES WITH THE PROBLEM TEACHERS AND THE STUDENTS HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE AT OUR EXPENSE.
