I've never heard of that. What does the honey do for you besides it being sticky. :)

honey goes in the mouth of my husband. i don't partake of honey. the other day some type of bee relative hit my husband's bike helmet, went into a vent, stung him on his shaved head and then was extracted with a finger in pieces. my husband got to work and put some honey in his tea. who has the last laugh?

I see it moisturizes, but it doesn't clean. The whole point in taking a shower is to clean yourself, isn't it? I can see using the honey and then the soap, but you said "instead of soap". Do you smell? This question is pretty crazy.

Honey is supposed to help heal wounds because it's an antibacterial so if I had to guess, I'd say it's probably good for acne also. I'd assume that's why someone would want to use it in the shower.

No. I also don't put soap in my tea instead of honey

I apply honey when I take a sauna. In Finland and Estonia, you can by special “sauna honey” with added essential oils like mint and rose. I apply it after I've been in the sauna once and then had a cool shower. Then I go back into the sauna for about 10 minutes and let the honey soak into my skin. It leaves my skin feeling marvellously soft and smooth.
