The week before my son was born I weighed 199lbs. I was down to 125 within 3 months. I do not ever want to be that big again, it was very uncomfortable.

That would have to be my current weight at about 190 lbs @ 6'1".

After my herniated disc was giving problems in Sept 06, I went up in weight to about 180 at 5'7". I was very limited in my mobility, and spent several months all but bedridden. I didn't feel good about myself, not at all. I'm now on my way back down (lost 12 lbs since June...I wasn't measuring before then), but not fast enough for me.

195lbs.i had all 4 of my kids and only wieghed 139lbs when i went into have my youngest son,some how after i had my tubes tied and no more babies,jus the ones here with me at home,i began to gain weight,i have lost down to 189 as of now.i never been big til now,and yes i am doing something about it.I am walking and watching what i eat.,Its awesome.I have to lose wieght i am only 5'1 and 189lbs,i am huge.

13 stone 7, which is about 189 pounds. I'm muscular, I work out, but over the past few months I've not exercised and been eating too much for various reasons, so I want to lose at least 7 pounds off that.

I'm 5'7 or 5'8, and I weighed 196lb. I was obese according to the Body Mass Index, but I actually had below 5% body fat (very low). That's not a good measurement system for above average level athletes and people who train.
