  • Well it is not a ten minute job thats for sure. you have to pull off the whole heater housing beneath the hood. it should just unbolt from the firewall. keep in mind there is a drain tube in the bottom of the housing so it will have to come up and then out to clear the hose. From the cab of the passenger side take out your glove box and unbolt and unclip the heater housing from the inside as well. From here out its kind of self explanatory. The heater core is surrounded by sticky heat resistant foam. try not to damage this as you will need in on your new one.. remember to burp the system as well when you complete the job.
