I have a bedwetting problem and wear dipers. Do you think i should be ashamed are tell family and friends ,so thay don't think i am acting weird are worry?

There is NOTHING wrong with a bed wetting problem. Do you really think anyone thinks you do this on purpose? No different than any other ailment, and the diapers are to deal with it. Tell the truth and ask for their discretion.
