  • Enough money to provide a comfortable life for my two sons, and enough money to keep my loved ones healthy and free from illnesses! How much is that? I really don't know!
  • You don;t need any money to be happy, just be kind, help others and enjoy life, and you will be rich in happiness.
  • $0...I need love.
  • I Dont Need any Money to be happy its just that its necessary to survive.

  • Well! for momentary happiness money is needed. i personally believe that one needs a huge amount to be happy for just a few moments divided into small parts of our life time. I am no saint but the fact is that money is the cause of greatest suffering. And the amusing part is that we all want to suffer a lot. This question reminds me of a another puzzle which is 'how many heart beats one needs before getting a heart attack' the answer we all know! :)
  • Under the right circumstances? None.
  • Well, money can't buy happiness, but I do think it helps. For example, I don't think (correct me if I'm wrong) that a person can be happy if he/she can't afford food or shelter, or any basic needs. When you can afford to satisfy the basic needs, your happiness is up to you
  • I am a ridiculously happy lady! I have a lot of HUGE blessings in my life. But I would love to have about a billion dollars so that I could buy things for people and donate to charities, and spend on feathering my nest for my little chickens :)
  • Last time I did a fantasy budget I came up with ten grand a week, so make that twenty grand a week so half can go to the tax man. Mind you, prices have risen since then. Plus, alot of what I want to do is capital intensive. If I ever got to the point where I wanted to lift one of my "big ideas" off the ground then I might be needing a quick billion or so, but there's a hell of alot of ground work I'd need to do before I got to that point. Errr, yeah, I never bothered factoring in a wife and kids into that calculation either so if any of those things came along, it'd go up again.
  • Hmm... money dosnet really make me happy.... Although maybe five thousand euro ! :)
  • Enough to pay my bills with a bit left over to do what I want ... about what I'm making right now. : )
  • I recall reading that people (at least in the US) report that "enough money to make me happy" is about 20% more income than they currently have. The ironic thing about that figure is that it was pretty much constant regardless of the respondents *ACTUAL INCOME*. So, if you're making $20k/year, $24k/year seems 'enough'. If you're making $200k/year, $240k/year seems to be the magical 'happy' amount. Other research indicates that once people have enough money to provide for a typical American middle-class lifestyle (shelter, food, clothing, transportation, medical car, a little for a 'rainy day'), more money does not generally correlate with more happiness. . . .
  • The blind appear to be handicapped. But Almighty gives them some extra sensitivity in some other perception organ like ear or touch. Have you not observed this? They live close to nature and enjoy all that is part of it. Their minds breed on what is natural and less on what is artificial. They are probably the nature's ideal for what is living. Property separates people and poverty joins people. People of poverty enjoy more close personal relationships which are highly heartening. Their mutual understanding as a group is incomparable. It is we who are poor in such relationships.
  • if i get one million dollar right now, i will be happy because then i will build a community hospital for my poor people.
  • Just a little bit more.
