  • Yes..remove partitions..create new partitions...format main drive..instal OS..format remaining partitions..instal all other programs (in other words complete,fresh instal) and you have a clean,fresh,new installation. Make sure your A/V is up-to-date and do a full scan on completion of installation.You now have a nice clean system..lastly do a clean-up and a defrag...then ,using a back-up program (e.g.-Acronis True Image),create an image of the fresh instal,store it on either D,E,or External Drive,and you now have a simple and fast way of restoring your system in the case of future issues.
