Absolutely! If you continue to stay on the computer and not work, soon you won't have any electricity to stay on the computer. Sooner or later you're going to have to go to work and pay your bills.

Very true. I think that it is easy to let it devour you and take over your life. In moderation it is beneficial but it's easy to overdo. And it's nice to see the sun and get fresh air LOL!!

You should have told me that last year.LOL

Keeping in mind the category, yes it is unhealthy. One needs the sunlight, exercise and to socialize a little no matter if you are introverted. The computer can become a coocoon. Take me for example. I like AB very much, its no secret at all. That and the fact that I participate on a frequent basis here. I think however, that Ive tried to manage my participation here in ways that it does not interfere with work or family life. I feel better because of it, I dont find ABing a guilty pleasure anymore. (Emphasis on Guilty) I know you can relate.

Being on the computer physically tires me out, so it helps me fall asleep at night. (Morning.) But then I always whine about how I can't sleep, so it's probably not the best method. :/

I think we all know that.

Ya, I suppose you're right, but I have more friends now than I've had in a long time! :-)

I stay on my comp 24 hrs a day but not in a row :)

Obsession is certainly not good but in moderation is desired however overdoing is ok for AB only.Well this is only true for me.
