Most contries love us, unfortunetly it is ourselves that hate us, and they tell us all about how bad other contries hate us. If you ever go to other contries, it is appearent how much they love us

The British and Irish have never hated the USA. Many in these countries though hate George W Bush and those on the right of American politics. The Christian Right in particular are widely disliked.Of coarse, many Americans hate such people too. There is a belief that such people are loud, overbearing and arrogant. I am sure that most Canadians and Australians like the USA, but not neccessarily all American Governments. Most people in the UK and Ireland probably want Obama to be President. Bill Clinton is still very popular as well.

Countries can't hate anyone -- only individuals can do that. As long as the US is a superpower, it will be hated. That's jealousy. Fact of life, kids. Everything the US does will be problematic to someone, somewhere. Personally, that's just fine with me. I'd rather live with the "haves" and be hated by the "have nots" and the "wannabes". When we're eventually surpassed by another superpower, which will have to happen some day, although probably not in my lifetime, it will be time for us to be jealous haters. Until then, it's really no skin off my nose. Hate away.

Apparently from this survey I read, India is the country that thinks the most fondly of America. XD And I'm just getting this from another site but these are apparently the Top 10 countries that like America: - England (51%) - Canada (55%) - Mexico (56%) - Australia (56%) - India (59%) - Japan (61%) (I would say except Okinawa, because American soldiers are being dicks there) - Poland (61%) - Israel (78%) - Kenya (87%) - Ivory Coast (88%) Now I went Japan and someone told me Japanese hated Americans. So not true, everyone there welcomed us with open arms and were so curious about our lives. They were very nice and I would not mind going back. I mean half the time when you say hello to someone here they may not answer or grunt, everyone there has a big smile when they greet you. c: Also the teens and younger children flocked to us and wanted to take pictures with us. It was adorable.

England, Israel, Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, as well as most of the old SOviet Block, Japan, Ireland, India, Australia, and many others. Even with the Iraq war being unpopular, I think Obama will cause us more enemies.

Germany is grateful since ever to the USA. May be that the Germans do not like anything what american politicians do but as far as I know a very vast majority like the american people and as far as I know almost 1/4 of all americans have German roots.

Watch Zeigeist: Addendum. It's 2 hours in length, but has many reasons for WHY countries dislike America, or rather, the American government. I'd say they're pretty acceptable reasons...
