I was just wondering, which one is better to get, a vertical labret or a regular one? I know it probably varies between person, but I was just wondering. I usually get sores in my mouth from my boyfriend, so would I have to make sure my mouth is sore free

Either way you may have problems, and you aren't allowed to get saliva near the piercing.

If you get sores on your mouth quite regularly, then oral piercings are not advisable at all.

i would receomend the normal lebret rather than a vertical as the verticls are very prone to rejecting or growing out easily. you'll have to tell the bf to lay off for a while sores when getting pierced arent a good sighn to the piercest and since a piercing is like an open wound, would you let some one lick a gash in your arm?

i think verticles look the best but there is more chance of it rejecting, but i have met loads of ppl with it an it has only been rejected from one person but some of the other ppl have had theres in for over 5 yrs an it still looks hot(on girls lolol) an it makes it more interesting wen kissin ;) if u get sores in ur mouth make sure u dnt kiss him for a while... an when its done for about 1-2 months
