when you're thirsty your toungue and throat should be feeling a bit dry and hungry ur stomache either hurts or grumble
-
The pain is located deeper in the body, with hunger.

Your stomach growls when you're thirsty just as it growls when you're hungry, and yet the growl will feel different. (If you wait until your tongue and throat are dry, you're already dehydrated.) When you're thirsty, the growl in your stomach may generate air. It almost feels like a hollow, somewhat painless growl. If you eat when your body was trying to tell you it's thirsty, you will feel full, yet you won't be satisfied. A hungry growl tends to be painful and harsh, and if you drink water when your body tells you it's hungry, you'll feel your stomach growling again within fifteen minutes of drinking water. It's best to drink water first when your stomach growls rather than eating.
