I fill a glass microwave pan with them, and drizzle virgin olive oil, along with fresh minced parsley, and garlic. Toss to coat and heat on high for three minutes.

I love mushrooms sauteed with garlic and/or onions. My favorite way of fixing mushrooms lately is grilled portabello caps. I get large portabello caps, remove the stems, spray with olive oil spray, and sprinkle with garlic pepper and onion powder and cook them on the grill. I eat them like a burger on a bun with grilled onion and tomato. Very yummy!

although I think mushrooms are horrible, my family loves them stuffed with cream cheese, garlic, and topped with breadcrumbs then baked in the oven.

I think sauteed with onions and herbs in butter can't be beat:-)

For each eight ounces of mushrooms, melt one tablespoon butter.Add mushrooms. Cook and stir until golden and the released juices have evaporated, about five minutes and tuck in. you are in mushroom heaven.

First get the right mushrooms, wild field ones are the best,not these no taste cultivated button ones. Then fry them lightly in butter or gee,see and taste the gorgeous black juices.

Sautee with butter/worsershire/more butter and white wine. Give the wine time to reduce a little. Use very little worsershire sause or else they'll be too salty.
