Make a peanut buter and jelly sandwich. Spread mayo, mustard and bologna and another piece of bread on top. Sounds gross, tastes really good!

Peanut-butter, banana, and sugar sandwich. It's actually very good tasting and a great theing to eat before a workout. Start with bread, slather on PB, cut up banana slices, put a few spoonfulls of sugar on top and cap it off with bread.
