  • a couple of things for you to check: 1. control panel and to device manager and look for any yellow? on audio, this will tell you that the driver is missing and needs to be reinstalled from CD. 2. check behind PC and make sure the speaker wire is plugged in, they are color coded, so easy to see where they go back into. 3. also on control panel, look for sounds and audio devices, click on this icon and make sure that the mute box is not checked, check the speaker volume button, by clicking it and see where it is set too 4.
