Harvey Korman was hilarious.Gregory Peck's death got to me.
-
I would have to say Bob Hope and Johnny Cash.
-
Peter Sellers, Marc Bolan, River Phoenix, Keith Moon, John Ritter...anyone I like who died before what I (arrogantly) considered their time. And Syd Barrett, who only died recently, but had been dead to the world for so much longer.
-
Definitely the celebrity death that hit me the most was John Lennon's and, recently, Sidney Pollack's. I had just seen him in "Made of Honor" and was telling a friend who Pollack was as she didn't know him, saying how much I liked a lot of his movies and, 2 days after that conversation, I heard the news he had died.
-
Jimmy Stewart, Roy Rogers, Bob Hope, Steve Irwin and Heath Ledger.
-
Johnny Carson hit me harder than most. Probably because he was from the State in which I live. He never forgot his hometown and donated to many worthy causes there.
-
John Ritter Janet Leigh Red Skelton
-
They all make me sad as I think a loss of talent has an effect on everything. Like a rip in the fabric of life.
-
Jim Henson. Still sad when I think of all he still had to share with us.
-
Rock Hudson when I heard that he died from AIDS. JFK Jr. because it was so sudden and he was so young. John Lennon and George Harrison. Although they're in their twilight years I'm really going to be sad when I see Paul Newman (whom I heard has cancer), James Garner (who turned 80 this year), and Clint Eastwood call it a wrap. What blows my mind is that all those male fossils from Nuts (Leslie Nielsen, James Whitmore, Eli Wallach, and Karl Malden) are still alive! :o

I am sorry for the author's favourite actor. For me though length of time doesn't really matter - if I like someone, it's from the first sight and forever. For example, Heath Ledger. He was not there for a long time, never the less he took a great part of my soul, and I was hit so deep when he left us... I guess true love does not depend on time. It's a matter of destiny.
-
John Belushi. I can only imagine what he might have accomplished if he hadn't died.
-
Let's not forget John Candy!
-
Heath Ledger.

It makes me think...I go wow but, unless I have met them, and i have met many, I have no emotional reaction.
