Is changing your background or putting a picture on your myspace profile downloading?

That isn't downloading as long as nothing is coming from the internet (or another source) onto your computer. However, if you change the background to something that isn't on your computer, next time you visit the site, the image will probably be placed into your cache and thus downloaded. But that's not *real* downloading.
