You got downrated for that question? All the Tards in Tardsville must be out today. The problem for me with a junk food craving, is that nothing but salty, crunchy, sticky bad food will satisfy it. An apple never works for me even if I salt it. The only alternative for me during a junk food craving, is to get myself busy doing something until it passes. Eating healthy food does not satisfy and kill the craving for me.

fruits if you are having a sweet craving, and lean protein sources if you are having a salty craving (like a chicken salad with lowfat dressing, or one of the smartones/leancuisine meals is good too)

Sugar free Jello is great! Fat free and low calories! Soy crisps are a great alternative for potato chips.

Fruit. Have a banana or better yet, banana chips or trail mix since this is a munching type of food.

Mashed up fresh strawberries with lots of splenda. A couple of teaspoons of Nutella or maybe peanut butter and fruit spread mixed up and put on a bagel (there was a question about the PB (penalty box) that has me craving PBJ). Sometimes just eat the junk food so you can move on.

i usually have a need for crunch. baby carrots work well and so does tiny dill pickles.

i brush and floss my teeth, and then dont want to ruin that fresh mouth feel by eating junk. it doesnt satisfy hunger but it gives you something to do.

Well it depends on what junk food craving i'm having. It's usually for something sweet and chocolatey so i'll either have mini chocolate rice cakes or a hershey's kiss. One hits the spot.
