    Too bad NO one could answer this over a year now. Good thing i found this. Anyway. BBME-IF is an Item sold only in Japan. If some one does not have Action Replay. then they can use the BBME-IF item. If your talking about PokeSav. Then you need to Connect BBME-IF to your PC. then go to Pokesav and Write the code or what ever on the Device. next some how connect Pokemon (D/P/P) Cartrig to the BBME-IF. and then let it do its job.
